Prior to founding the Oglesby Group, Brian has worked on many award winning projects throughout his career. His consulting career began as a freelance consultant in 1996.
Brian is an active in a number of professional organizations including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the American Society of Association Executives, the University of Pennsylvania Organization Development Network, and a member of the Philadelphia BDPA. Brian is committed to corporate philosophy that serves every client with the highest level of respect and integrity.
Brian holds a Bachelors of Arts in Pre-Law from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Master of Science/Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds an MBA with a concentration on Information Systems
