Brian K. Oglesby, MSOD, MPhil
Prior to founding the Oglesby Group, Brian has worked on many award winning projects throughout his career. His consulting career began as a freelance consultant in 1996.
Brian is an active in a number of professional organizations including the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the American Society of Association Executives, the University of Pennsylvania Organization Development Network, and a member of the Philadelphia BDPA. Brian is committed to corporate philosophy that serves every client with the highest level of respect and integrity.
Brian holds a Bachelors of Arts in Pre-Law from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Master of Science/Master of Philosophy in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Patricia A Young, BS, CAC, MHR (in progress)
Patricia is a Partner with The Oglesby Group. She joined our firm in 2002, was named a Senior Associate in 2003 and named a Partner in 2004. Patricia specializes in Human Resources Compliance, and Staff Development.
Prior to joining The Oglesby Group, Patricia worked in the Human Services field for over 20 years. She was responsible for the oversight of major projects such as community support services and compliance. Patricia received her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health from Drexel University.
